Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Task & Productivity Data: We collect the tasks, notes, routines, habits, projects, and other content you create within the app.

Family Data: If you use family features, we collect family member names, roles, and associated task assignments.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including features used and session duration.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.

Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver notifications.

Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to sync tasks you choose to sync.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ADTASK app and its features
• Sync your tasks and data across devices
• Send task reminders and push notifications you have opted into
• Sync tasks with Google Calendar when you enable this feature
• Respond to your support requests
• Process subscription payments
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following trusted third-party services that help us operate the app:

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication infrastructure
• Google Calendar API: Optional calendar sync (only when you explicitly connect your Google account)
• Base44 Payments: Subscription and payment processing
• Twilio: SMS task reminders (only when you provide a phone number and opt in)
• Web Push Services: Browser and mobile push notifications

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data use.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage, which maintains SOC 2 compliance.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications or SMS reminders at any time in Settings
• Disconnect integrations: Revoke Google Calendar access at any time in Settings

ADTASK is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We use push notifications to remind you about tasks and routines. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the ADTASK app under Settings → Notifications.

If you connect your Google account, we request access only to your Google Calendar to sync tasks you explicitly choose to sync. We do not read, store, or share your calendar data beyond what is needed for this sync feature. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings.

Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Base44 Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. Subscription status is stored to enable or restrict premium features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ADTASK after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
